The Julia Set is originally defined on the complex numbers, by replacing them with quaternions, we get this fractal.

Visualized is a 3d section of the 4d fractal. It is rotating as well as changing the seed quaternion number.

It relates the fields of complex numbers, trigonometry, and analysis in a single equation.

Hydrogen orbitals are quantum mechanical functions that describe the probability of finding a particle in a certain place.

They are determined by so-called quantum numbers, like spin and angular momenutm.

Penrose Tiling

Penrose tilings are a type of non-periodic tiling composed of two kinds of rhombuses.

They have five-fold symmetry and can be constructed from a 5-dimensional grid, which is the method I use here.

Vignette is my attempt to turn complex concepts into aesthetic visuals.

I use code to make visual media that illustrate ideas in a way that mirrors the mind's eye.
